  • Reported The Pacific Puddle Jump has no committee boats and no fixed start or finish. Boats leave the Americas (Panama, Mexico, California), mostly from February to May, for French Polynesia, usually the Marquesas, about 3,800 nautical miles away.Source: Pacific Puddle Jump (organiser or official source), seen 1 October 2026.   • Reported French Polynesia: non-EU nationals need proof of repatriation (a ticket or a bond) and tourist stays are limited to three months.
